Patrick Boyle is dedicated to driving growth and success at IPG as the First Vice President, UK. In his role, Patrick focuses on expanding IPG’s commercial real estate operations across the United Kingdom, bringing a strategic vision and in-depth market knowledge to his work. He collaborates closely with the team to ensure clients receive expert guidance and achieve the best possible outcomes in their real estate ventures.
Before joining IPG, Patrick honed his skills at Bishopsgate Corporate Finance, where he played a pivotal role as an M&A Associate. His responsibilities included managing complex financial transactions and providing direct support to clients, ensuring smooth and successful deals. Patrick’s background also includes valuable experience in commercial development, where he gained firsthand insight into property development and construction practices.
Patrick holds a degree in History & Classics from the University of Edinburgh, graduating with First Class Honors. His academic background, coupled with additional studies in the Economics and Finance of Real Estate at the London School of Economics as well as Real Estate Investment at Bayes Business School, has equipped him with a strong analytical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys staying active through cricket, tennis, hockey and exploring new challenges. He also has a keen interest in Mandarin, a skill he continues to develop.
