Justin Fink, a Bay Area native, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional at IPG.
Justin has been advising clients on site selection, lease negotiations, and project management since 2015. Over this period, Justin has developed a powerful understanding of Bay Area commercial real estate dynamics and uses this knowledge to create leverage and, ultimately, cost savings for his clients.
With experience in managing a variety of property types, client requirements, and developing operational real estate strategies; Justin implements innovative leads that positively impact commercial real estate success. He also has a history of providing insightful market analysis based on a strong understanding of financial trends, making him a leader in advisory services.
Having advised companies from a variety of industries, Justin has identified and honed his leasing and purchasing best practices for the Northern California market, allowing him to optimize for cost, quality and flexibility on behalf of his clients. Justin has the unique ability to negotiate, execute and build strong long-lasting relationships.
Before joining IPG, Justin was a respected portfolio manager at Wilbur Properties in Silicon Valley, where he oversaw over 60 lease transactions from market analysis, client acquisition, to move-in. Prior to that, he commenced his real estate career at Reliance Property Management where he led several facets of the real estate leasing and management business leading him to find his passion for successfully representing firms in their real estate transactions.
Justin graduated with a BBA degree from Friends University where he was an NCAA scholarship baseball player. When not working diligently for his clients, Justin spends his time enjoying the outdoors and studying the martial art disciplines of Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
