Principal Clean EnergyAs Principal of Clean Energy at IPG, Paula drives the firm’s clean energy initiatives, leveraging her extensive expertise to shape strategies for sustainable development. She works closely with climate tech innovators and renewable energy partners, guiding projects from conception through execution. Paula ensures IPG’s portfolio aligns with the latest advancements in clean energy, supporting both environmental impact and financial success.
With two decades of experience in wind, solar, and offshore energy, Paula previously served as SVP Offshore North America at Mainstream Renewable Power, where she led multinational teams through major offshore wind auctions, including the New York Bight and California leases.
She is a Founding Member and Board Chair of Offshore Wind California, advancing the state’s 25 GW floating wind goal, and has held leadership roles with Oceantic and the American Clean Power Association. Earlier, Paula led energy analysis across the Americas, driving wind farm design, energy assessments, and project acquisitions.
Paula holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BScE Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, Canada.
