Hannah Freeman heads the operations department of Innovation Property Group as well as IPG’s project, Focus Innovation Studio.
Since 2017, Hannah has overseen the firm’s day-to-day operations and its various business ventures. She leads the IPG office and brokers with unwavering organization, time management, and decisive management style.
Since 2019 and as a licensed real estate broker, Hannah also represents tenants, landlords, and buyers throughout the Bay Area region in commercial space transactions. As a diligent corporate real estate advisor, she provides her clients an extensive network of relationships and expertise that help capitalize on successful real estate opportunities. Hannah is passionate about providing a best in class experience for her clients and helping their businesses achieve their goals.
As a Bay Area native, Hannah Freeman grew up in Moraga and attended the University of California, Berkeley. She studied economics, accounting, and globalization and was a member of Tri Delta Sorority. She competed as a coxswain on the rowing team at Oakland Strokes Rowing and at Cal as a Division 1 athlete.
In addition to being an integral member of the IPG family, Hannah coaches young women at her Alma mater, Oakland Strokes Rowing. When she is not on the water or in the office, her guilty pleasure is watching reality TV. She also enjoys gardening and enjoying the great outdoors in which the Bay Area is so well known for.
