With more than 28 years of experience working with firms such as BNP Paribas (former ATIS Real), DTZ Zadelhoff, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and UGL Equis, Erich has been an active part of the global real estate community for the better part of his life.
A native of Germany, Erich Struzyk became a US Citizen in 2017 and now resides in San Francisco.
Following graduation from Cornell University, Erich’s early brokerage days were in Frankfurt, where he specialized in international corporate services and represented large US firms such as Microsoft and Amazon.
Recently, Erich completed several global transactions for Agfa, Carl Zeiss, DELL, and Dolby, each involving the review of their global real estate portfolio, disposition and sales of facilities, and the relocation and acquisition of new properties. Erich is currently working with several Fortune 500 clients from Europe and Silicon Valley, providing them with consultancy services on both sides of the pond.
In addition to his success in real estate, Erich Struzyk is passionate about film history and motion picture restoration. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring the beauty of the Bay Area with his dogs.
