– Disposition of 43,000 square foot office property from opportunistic investor to ASB/George Comfort &Sons $43.5 mm.
– Net Lease of 30,000 square foot West Chelsea office building from long term private owner to RestorationHardware (RH) $1.3mm/annum. Arranged low leverage $10mm financing through life insurance company secured by RH net lease.
