Based in Los Angeles, Lisa is a seasoned Creative Operations Executive with experience managing and coordinating projects around marketing, budgeting, and administration practices. She is known for her attention to detail and as a high-achiever, using real estate to create strategic alliances that support key business initiatives. Throughout her career, Lisa has managed properties worldwide for film productions and location shoots before transitioning fully into corporate real estate.
As IPG’s Director of Business Development, Lisa Stern is focused on supporting the representation of tenants, landlords and corporate users of commercial space, both regionally and nationally. Lisa has an accomplished track record of working with corporate tenants and occupiers with multi-market requirements and has developed a unique ability to provide her clients with occupancy solutions that connect corporate strategy with operational demands, resulting in effective real estate outcomes that support overall corporate objectives. This work has included global portfolio management, strategies for corporate headquarters, lease restructurings, property purchases and dispositions.
Outside of work, Lisa is passionate about travel and has volunteered her time in numerous foreign countries. Some highlights of her time abroad have been volunteering at the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and working at the Mother Teresa Foundation in India. She has also volunteered at Hope for the Silent Voices in Sri Lanka and Cambodia. Lisa also enjoys photography and film, as well as scuba diving and meditation.
