Denis Dineen, brings IPG proven experience of working with both landlords and tenants in the competitive Peninsula and San Francisco markets. Denis utilizes this experience to help his clients navigate the complex process of leasing or buying commercial space.
Born and raised in the San Francisco area, Denis has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market as well as the influences that drive it. Denis provides multi-disciplined real estate advisory services to his clients and offers them comprehensive representation for a variety of real estate requirements. His extensive knowledge of the Bay Area market combined with his experience and problem-solving skills make him a strong ally when representing clients in lease negotiations, site selection analysis, investment acquisitions, financial modeling, and portfolio management.
Before joining IPG, Denis founded his own property management company and implemented creative ways to drive value to his clients and partners. He too has acquired and managed his own portfolio of multifamily assets in the Bay Area. This hands-on experience in commercial property management directly benefits his clients today at IPG.
Prior to launching his real estate career, Denis attended Sonoma State University as an NCAA baseball player. Outside of the office, Denis can be found enjoying urban adventures with his longtime girlfriend and their two Belgian Malinois dogs.
