Fridaleen was born in Manila, Philippines and came to Northern California at the age of 2 years old. She completed her university studies in Business Communications at De Anza College in Cupertino, CA.

Since 2009, she has been a licensed real estate advisor in California and has proven to be a highly knowledgeable and capable advisor, assisting clients in navigating the often complex process of buying or selling properties.

In recent years, Fridaleen has honed her expertise in commercial real estate, where her skills have made her a highly sought-after executive. Her strong background in contracts and grants analysis, gained during her time at UC Davis in Sacramento, has further honed her analytical and strategic abilities.

As Vice President of Business Development at IPG, Fridaleen plays a pivotal role in managing a wide range of real estate matters and client relationships. She also serves as President for the Lion’s Club 2023-2024, for her local chapter Malaya’s Club. From facilitating health screenings and feeding the hungry to cleaning up local parks and helping rebuild communities after disaster, Lions are ready and willing to jump in wherever there’s a need. She is also a founder and co-owner of Gridiron Youth Football league with her husband. Together they encourage young athletes to be the best that they can be in a positive and competitive environment.
