Warner and the IPG team are my go-to people when it comes to office space. My fund invests in early stage healthcare technology companies, and considering real estate is one of the greatest costs, I pay close attention to both who we work with and the associate costs. IPG has exceeded my expectations in every way; they really take the time to get to know each company and understand their goals. This close relationship allows them to find space that matches each company’s personality and supports them through the lifecycle of their development. IPG’s personal touch is rare and greatly appreciated. When I started Magnetic, I selected IPG’s San Francisco Innovation Studio, Focus, as my office. I still consider this home base when in San Francisco – they’ve created not just an office but a home for entrepreneurs. I would gladly refer them to anyone looking for the perfect place to house their company.
