Maria Kurilo

Maria “Masha” Kurilo leads real estate advisory and investment sourcing at IPG for clients in quantum, deep tech, and frontier innovation, connecting breakthrough companies with the specialized facilities, strategic partnerships, and capital they need to scale.

She helped design and develop several Dutch government-funded innovation spaces dedicated to quantum startups, giving her firsthand expertise in the specialized real estate and infrastructure deep tech companies require.

A brand and marketing strategist by background, Masha combines branding, neuroscience, and cognitive psychology to help complex technologies communicate effectively with investors, partners, and customers.

She has contributed to projects for Nike, GE, and Pantone, and has supported companies including QphoX and QuantWare with strategic positioning and investor visibility.
