David Gegechkori

David Gegechkori is Controller & Asset Manager at IPG. He has spent the last 6 years leading IPG’s research and marketing efforts, supporting the firm’s brokerage community and its brokerage and development interests throughout the United States.

From market research to targeted outreach campaigns and prospect lists, his job was to give the team what it needed to win. That habit of doing the homework first has stuck with him ever since.

Outside of work, he runs a Dungeons & Dragons campaign for friends and spends time with his dogs.
