Ivan Ruiz is IPG’s Director of Facilities and provides the IPG team with over 30 years of experience in Facility Management, Construction Services, Operations, and Property Management.
Mr. Ruiz served 20 years in the United States Navy where he filled various roles in Fleet Management, Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, HazMat Management, and Facilities Management to include ship maintenance, disaster preparedness, construction management, facilities maintenance, safety and risk management, and installation energy conservation.
After nearly 20 years of honorable service; Mr. Ruiz retired from the United States Navy where he worked for commercial owners and operators such as Hotel Nikko in San Francisco, as well as the Saison Restaurant Group as their dedicated facility manager. In both these positions, he supervised developing, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of maintenance policies, procedures, plans, and programs and the contracting of construction projects.
Mr. Ruiz services IPG clients, tenants and properties by supervising facility management, contract planning, performance, schedule, integrity and compliance, member/client relations, laboratory operations, safety, health and risk management.
