Michael has had major success in retaining existing clients and developing new key relationships for others. His background in building operations management is extensive, particularly due his past roles as Building Operations Manager at Ballast Invest.
In his previous positions, he has accumulated significant experience in operational/project/managerial roles which have helped him develop valuable skills such as problem solving, communication, organization and time management. He also carries with him remarkable customer service skills which have enabled him to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
