Charlie, born and raised in San Francisco, attended UC Berkeley as a scholarship athlete where he was drafted by the St Louis Cardinals. As a Catcher, Charlie played in the Major Leagues for nearly a decade with the Cardinals, Pirates, Cubs, and Angels.

Charlie joined the IPG team after retiring from baseball and moving back to the Bay Area. He has worked alongside some of the best athletes in the world and brings the same level of attention and intensity to his work with his clients in real estate. As a consistent top producer at IPG, Charlie is an expert at leveraging his local knowledge against long-standing relationships to showcase new spaces even before they hit the market.

During his time at IPG, Charlie has been advising some of California’s leading companies in commercial real estate but also gives passionate attention and service to all his start-up clients. He has earned the trust of a loyal clientele by consistently providing thoughtful and creative solutions on high value real estate projects. Charlie is a seventh-generation Californian. His ancestors came to California looking for gold, and every day Charlie tries to embody that same spirit of optimism and hard work in this land of opportunity.

Charlie and his wife have a three-year-old daughter and have a new born son named Cal. On the weekends, he loves to spend time with his family by getting outdoors, deep water fishing and enjoying the epic California weather.
