Casaldra is a New York native who moved to San Francisco nine years ago. Growing up, she was inspired by her father, a high-end contractor. As a result, her passion for design and detail were instilled in her at an early age. This passion continued throughout her life as she went on to graduate with a degree in marketing.

For the past eight years, Casaldra has held a management and customer service role within the luxury sales niche. Leveraging her marketing education, background and years of experience working with clients, she has made an indelible mark in the real estate world. Casaldra has a vast knowledge of the San Francisco Market and is currently helping tech start-ups find new homes for their businesses.

Given her deep industry experience, Casaldra leads growing tech companies and venture capital firms through the process of understanding how real estate can impact their growth in the Bay Area and throughout the United States. With her partners, Casaldra works closely with these companies to map out real estate plans that connect back to their financial goals, capital raise milestones, employee growth, and recruitment needs. And by leveraging the many moving pieces in the market, she is able to help clients find work spaces that maximize their resources and amplify their brand. She truly prides herself in being a trusted, valuable resource to her clients in all aspects of their company trajectory.

Casaldra is also the founder and head of  WIN (Women Innovation Network) – a group of dedicated and savvy women who are devoted to bringing women-owned and operated businesses to the next level.

When she’s not chasing her children around or working hard for her clients, Casaldra enjoys cooking and taking trips to the East Coast to see family. She frequently takes weekend excursions with friends to wine country and ventures to the “steeps” to ski Squaw Valley in the winter, as much as possible.
